Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. No requests will be accepted after this period.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or show signs of wear.

How to Return

Email a.obaid@peacevenue.com with your order number and reason. Do not send anything back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. We are not liable for lost returns.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll sort it — replacement or full refund, on us.
