Orders

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 years or older and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AED and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards and approved digital wallets. Payment must clear before dispatch.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by region. Peace Venue is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery. These are not included in the order total.

Limitation of Liability 

Peace Venue is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
